back from a hectic two weeks traveling with family and cousins to numerous cities in Italy and France. Started off the trip in Lucca, Tuscany where we stayed in a fabulousss villa which we were renting, (think Under the tuscan sun). We stayed in Tuscany for about 6days visiting Pisa, Viareggio, Florence, Sienna, San Gimignano (a medieval town known as the New York of Italy), Forte dei Marmi (exclusive beach where italian high society vacation)... Then we headed to Nice by car with a little stop for lunch in Portofino (a small city on the Italian riviera...think Capri). In Nice we stayed 3nights visiting Cannes, Monaco, St Paul de Vence and Juan les Pins! Finally we drove from Nice back to Milan were we spend 2days (August is a national holiday in Milan so its ghost town, but of course we wandered around seeing all the amazing stores). Now i'm back in Beirut and heading back to Montreal in 5days. I swear i've been packing and unpacking a gazillion times this summer! can't complain though. Anyways I've been sooo disconnected from the fashion world, but of course i managed to get a glimpse of this seasons looks through the fabulous vitrines of Ferragamo, Chanel, Hermes, Dolce e Gabanna, Prada, Gucci and so on... throughout all the cities i visited, especially in Milan!! WOW the fashion district is really something, especially the little streets like the infamous via della spiga were you can sense the people standing are trying to be seen. Also scored a greaaat Prada bag from the outlet in Florence :), boots from Galeries Lafayette in Nice (yes i know already winter shopping!!) and cute nude ballerinas from a little boutique in Milan!
Internet is driving me nuts in Beirut so expect loads of pictures when i get back to Montreal!
I am expecting those pictures when you get back to Montreal girl, see you soon!
